How many cubic feet of helium is required to fill my balloon?
Please refer to our Data Sheet for that answer and many more.
Helium is a gas. Is it dangerous?
No. Helium is an inert gas and will not explode with any ignition. Any gas under pressure must be given caution.
How long will the helium last in my balloon?
Typically you can expect the helium to last for about two weeks. Perhaps touch ups of helium are required every 3 or 4 days depending on such circumstances as wind speed and temperature.
Where do I find helium and how much is it?
We recommend a national company that has hundreds of retail outlets across America and Canada. Or, if you wish, check out your yellow pages under GAS or WELDING for a supplier. Helium usually costs about $50 per tank.
How long does it take to fill my order?
We recommend that you place your order as early as possible, especially when we are experiencing heavy workloads. Helium balloons without graphics are out the door often same day. With graphics, typically, 24 to 48 hours are required for production. Any custom work should be given as much lead time as possible.
I’m confused. Please differentiate between the different kinds of balloons and inflatables.
All of our systems are generically called inflatables. The different kinds of inflatables are Helium, Cold Air, Flexy Guys and Dudes, and, Costumes.
Heliums Float in the air typically 125 feet above your office or store. They are in different shapes---round, hot-air balloon shaped, blimp, and custom shaped. They are in different sizes---from 7 feet up to 30 feet, and then even greater sizes.
Cold Air systems are those that you have seen sitting on flat roofs or parking lots. They usually are 15 to 30 feet tall, most often 20 to 30 feet. Many times a banner is affixed to them. They come in different shapes. The hot-air balloon shape was primarily first years ago, but today many shapes including King Kong, gorilla, Godzilla, red tag sale, American Eagle, and more, are available.
Flexy Guys and Dudes are commonly called air dancers, have inflators under their legs, and gyrate dynamically causing all kinds of attention. These are very popular because of their movement.
Costumes are very “hot” right now. They are of custom shapes with a person inside causing all kinds of animation. Very dynamic! They are popular with high traffic stores, such as, wireless and fast food.
Someone told me a filler hose is necessary. Is one included?
A filler hose is not necessary, not with our method of introducing the helium into the balloon. It’s very simple with our system. With others, they do not have a simple way of getting the helium into the balloon and therefore you must purchase their filler hose. It's so simple, a fifteen year-old can do it.
What’s included with my helium inflatable?
The inflatable, the harness connecting the inflatable to the mooring line, the mooring line, an instructions manual, and, a kit for minor repairs.
Do I pay sales taxes?
Except for inflatables delivered in Arizona, or where your company has offices in Arizona, there are no sales taxes.
